About the Company:

Tetanti AgriBiotech Inc. was the first successful company spun out from the Taiwan Startup Institute of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2018. The first round of funding raised 300 million TWDs by Diamond Biofund under Microbio Group, and Harvest Heaven (Hong Kong), Fubon Venture, Yi-Huan CORP and other investors. Tetanti was established in Taichung City, Taiwan, and set up a state-of-the-art enzyme manufacturing factory that also provides various business models for organic waste management services.

Tetanti's core TTT technology is based on our targeted enzyme products, and with the combined use of machinery, organic wastes can be turned into organic fertilizers within 3 hours. Tetanti's founder Academician Dr. Chiu-Chung Young and our R&D group possess over 8,000 strains and 2,500 species of functional bacterial stock, and is the source of the various targeted enzymes. With the huge collection, we can custom-made the most suitable mixture of targeted enzymes, and this threshold allows us to stand out as the leader in the field of organic waste management.

TTT technology is efficient and cost effective, it greatly improves the maturization process of organic matter over 100 folds and can reduce pollution and increase product safety. The production process solves the odor, waste water, large area demand and time-consuming problems that are normally associated with traditional composting.

Tetanti was awarded "Taiwan's 10 Coolest Technology Innovation Team" in 2019 and was interviewed by Discovery Channel in 2020, entitled ""Taiwan Revealed: Agricultural Technology"". Tetanti will ""Think Globally, Act Locally”, and we will stand firm in the circular economy trend. In response to the stringent environmental regulations and carbon emissions issues around the world, TTT® Technology will play an important key role in making agricultural sustainability no longer just a slogan!

About the Products:

AIMZYME

Tetanti's targeted enzymes are derived from our rich database of bacterial strains and enzymes. There are more than 8,000 bacterial strains and 2,500 species, which can provide customers with the most suitable enzyme combination for different organic materials. All the residues of animals, plants, microorganisms and the discharged organic matter can be quickly processed into solid organic fertilizers. Depending on the daily amount of organic waste, we offer different types and specifications of processing equipment.

Toxic matters in organic wastes are detoxified and/or deodorized through the degradation, synthesis, transformation and/or polymerization reactions by patented enzymes. At the same time, pathogens, insect eggs and grass seeds are mostly exterminated at 80°C (at least 30 minutes). TTT Technology produces stable and high-quality organic fertilizers within three hours.

(1) Poultry or livestock manure: layer manure; broiler manure; swine manure; cow, horse, sheep manure; other manure.

(2) Kitchen waste: vegetable waste; cooked waste.

(3) Plant residue: straws, husk, green waste, bagasse; EFB, coconut fiber; wood and mushroom chips; plant and waste.

(4) Sludge: alkaline sludge; neutral and acidic sludge.

(5) Animal related: animal carcasses and organs; feather waste.

(6) Others: medicinal plant residues; residue of antibiotic production; liguid fertilizer.

(1) Batch type: daily processing capacity < 80 tons.

(2) Continuous type: daily processing capacity > 80 tons.

AIMZYME -- TTT’s target enzymes -- are active proteins that act as catalysts, which can speed up the catalysis of organic substances by biochemical reactions. Microorganism is a general term for a broad group of microorganisms, they consume organic matter to grow and propagate, and generate carbon dioxide. TTT technology use AIMZYME reactant with specific equipment to transform organic wastes into organic fertilizer through enzymatic multi-reactions. Toxic matters in organic wastes are detoxified and/or deodorized through the degradation, synthesis, transformation and/or polymerization reactions by AIMZYME . At the same time, pathogens, insect eggs and grass seeds are mostly exterminated at 80° C. TTT technology only requires 3 hours to produce organic fertilizers. The organic fertilizer is stable and ready-to-use without the need of post-maturization. Applying organic fertilizer can improve soil fertility, benefit plant growth, while also increasing soil carbon storage.

Common organic waste treatment methods include incineration, landfill and composting. The greenhouse gas emissions from these treatments are 450, 475 and 750 kgCO2e/mt separately (OpenLca nexus database), which from our technology on energy consuming are 50 kgCO2e/mt. Carbon footprint verification is ongoing now, which will be different from types of organic waste and conditions of processing plant. The overall GHG from our technology is assumed less than 100 kgCO2e/mt. Therefore, our technology can be expected to reduce the emissions of 350 kgCO2e for each ton of organic matter waste compared to traditional compared to traditional comparison."

TTT technology was developed by Academician Chiu-Chung Young, the founder of Tetanti. Academician Young, leader in the research of "microbial fertilizers", aware that the excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has seriously deteriorated the soil and the main reason is the lack of soil organic matter. Academician Young invent and develop the "Targeted Enzyme" and application technology to replace the traditional composting technology for organic waste treatment. The traditional composting takes 2-4 months and there are problems of secondary pollution of the environment such as waste water, odor, nitrogen fertilizer loss, and carbon dioxide and methane release.

The innovative "Targeted Enzyme" is a group of enzymes with specific functions, which directly and precisely act on the target in the organic waste that needs to be treated. Academician Young possess over 8,000 strains and 2,500 species of functional bacterial stock, which is the source of the various targeted enzymes.

TTT technology is efficient and cost effective, it greatly improves the maturization process of organic matter over 100 folds and can reduce pollution and increase product safety. The production process solves the odor, waste water, large area demand and time-consuming problems that are normally associated with traditional composting.
