Tubular membrane filtration system
Tubular membrane filtration system is used in the wastewater recycling of wafer factories, such as CMP wastewater, back grinding(BG) wastewater,It is also used in the recovery of desizing water in textile factories, and the recovery rate can reach more than 95%.

Tubular membranes, made of different kinds of polymer, are located on the inside of support layers with diameter of 8-12.7mm and length of 300-1500mm. PVC, FRP and SS housings filled with membranes constitute membrane modules depending on requirments.

(1) Crossflow: Unlike the dead-end filtration, cross-flow filtration allows systems to sustain higher flow rates to filtrate high strength industry wastewater with less membrane fouling.

(2) Simple process: The filtration and cleaning process are highly automatic and easy to operate so that can lower the cost of operating.

(3) Long service life: Due to its chemical resistance, the membrane modules can be cleaned efficiently by alkaline and acid. As a result, tubular modules offer years of effective and function-well performance.
